Platin Grading Service has a new location. Since July 2026 you will find us at Neusser Straße 487, 50733 Köln, Germany. Here is, short and clear, what changes for you – and what does not.

Our previous address is no longer valid. Please do not use it any more – neither for parcels nor for letters.
What changes for you
- Submissions: Please send your cards only to Neusser Straße 487.
- Drop-off and pickup: At the new location we are based right in our store. You can hand in your cards in person and pick up finished orders – Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Phone: With the move we also have a new number: +49 221 56053614.
What stays the same
Nothing changes about your orders. Order numbers, customer account and certificates stay as they are. You can see the current status of your order in your customer account as usual.
