What has changed
Previously, every card moved through the same, largely linear workflow. With the new process, we split the individual steps into clearly separated stations – intake, review, grading and sealing. This lets us work on several cards in parallel without compromising on care.
Each station is specialized in exactly one task. That reduces handling, avoids waiting times and gets your submission ready faster.

One thing was essential to us: speed must never come at the expense of grading quality. That is why all inspection steps remain fully in place – they simply run more efficiently.

Full status transparency
Every card gets a digital record right from the start. Via our status page you can check at any time which phase your submission is in – from intake to sealing. As soon as your cards are done, the certificate is instantly available online via the certificate check.
