Pop Report & Live Grading Stats: the transparency you asked for.

You asked for it – now it is here. With the Population Report and the Live Grading Stats we are launching two brand-new tools that bring full transparency to the cards we grade. Behind both lies a lot of development time, programming and a direct connection to our grading system.

Blueprint · Population Report & Live Grading Stats

Why we built this

One request kept coming up from our community: a public population report – a way to see exactly how many copies of a card PGS has graded and how those copies are distributed across the grades. We listened. Today we are turning that wish into reality, and we are pairing it with a live look at our overall grading activity.

Both tools pull their numbers straight from our internal grading system. No manual spreadsheets, no outdated snapshots – what you see is what is really in our database.

Population Report: every card, every grade

The Population Report lets you search the complete population graded by PGS. Type in a card, a set or a card number and you instantly get the full breakdown:

  • Total graded count per card – at a glance.
  • Language column, so you can tell English, German, Japanese and more apart.
  • Every grade from 10 down to below 7 – including our exclusive Perfect (40/40) tier.
  • A clean, search-first interface: results appear the moment you start typing.

Live Grading Stats: real-time insight

The Live Grading Stats give you the big picture in real time: how many cards PGS has graded in total, plus the activity over the last 7 days, the last 30 days and the current year – visualised as a clean history chart. It is the most honest way to show how much trust collectors already place in us.

A lot of work went into this

Tools like these look simple on the surface, but a lot happens behind the scenes. We built a secure server-side connection to our grading system, added smart caching so the pages stay fast, and designed both views from scratch to match our premium look. It cost real development time, programming effort, money and many iterations – and we think it was absolutely worth it.

Good to know: Both pages update automatically. The more we grade, the richer these numbers and the history chart become over time.
